My fascination for Thailand never ceases to amaze me. I found myself scribbling Thai consonants on a random notebook, or at least, I tried scribbling. Dunno if actual people from Thailand would be able to read it, or make sense of it.
Thai letters have so many loops, curves, and variations. There are letters that look so much alike, but with the addition of tiny strokes, become a whole new letter. Come to think of it, I have only been practicing the consonants of their alphabet. I haven’t even browsed through their vowels yet, and it’s already a handful. Don’t even get me started on the tones. They have, like, five different tones, considering the fact that Thai is a tonal language. But it’s all good. I’m taking one step at a time. Everyone’s gotta start somewhere, right?
